Tokyo junior high school starts classes offered by cram school
TOKYO, Japan - Eleven second-grade students at Wada Junior High School in Suginami Ward attended the English class on Jan. 26 as the public school started offering paid after-school classes taught by cram school teachers amid a controversy over the appropriateness of classes targeting elite students and charging them extra fees.
