Condo buyers ask court to have Huser declared bankrupt
TOKYO, Japan - A total of 309 buyers of nine substandard condominiums (including the one in file photo taken in Nove,ber 2006), developed by Huser Ltd. filed a petition with the Tokyo District Court on Jan. 31 to have the developer declared bankrupt, in a bid to have its assets used for compensation.
