WASHINGTON, United States - Twenty Mig fighters are seen parked at an air base in western North Korea in a photo taken on April 4, 2004 and released on Jan. 5 by the Natural Resources Defense Council, a U.S. environmental group. The group concluded that North Korean conventional military weapons are outdated and do not pose a threat to the United States and South Korea. (Kyodo)
