Ex-Maruhachi Securities head arrested over stock manipulation
NAGOYA, Japan - Former Maruhachi Securities Co. Chairman Norio Yoshida is driven in a taxicab in the morning of Feb. 13 to the Nagoya District Prosecutors' Office for questioning over stock manipulation. He was later arrested, along with two other former Maruhachi board directors, on charges of stock manipulation in violation of the Securities and Exchange Law. (Kyodo)
