(CORRECTED)43 injured on Northwest Airlines plane due to turbule
NARITA, Japan - Emergency workers transport an injured passenger on a stretcher at Narita International Airport, northeast of Tokyo, on Feb. 20 after a Northwest Airlines Boeing 747-400 passenger plane from Manila was hit by turbulence while circling above waters off Chiba Prefecture while waiting for permission to land. Of 408 passengers and 14 crew members on the plane, 43 people were injured. (Kyodo)
