TOKYO, Japan - A large trailer unit hangs off Tokyo's Metropolitan Expressway in the Motoakasaka area of Minato Ward on Feb. 22. Police said the driver died from falling to the road below after the unit rolled onto its side and smashed through the side wall of the elevated highway. (Kyodo)
