U.S. nuclear-powered carrier Ronald Reagan visits Sasebo
SASEBO, Japan - The U.S. Navy's latest-model nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, the USS Ronald Reagan, enters Sasebo port in Nagasaki Prefecture on Feb. 24. The 102,000-ton carrier, with a crew of more than 5,000, is scheduled to stay at the port for five days to provide the crew rest, replenish supplies, and promote exchanges with local residents.
