Japan's negotiator vows to keep tackling abduction, other issues

BEIJING, China - Kenichiro Sasae, Japan's chief negotiator to the six-party talks on North Korea's nuclear programs, speaks to reporters after concluding the first day of the six-party talks in Beijing on March 19. Sasae said Japan will continue to tackle issues with North Korea including Pyongyang's past abductions of Japanese nationals and dismissed concerns that Japan will be left behind in the six-party process due to its insistence in taking up bilateral issues.
