M6.9 quake jolts central Japan, 1 dead, over 130 injured
KANAZAWA, Japan - A traffic light pole leans on National Route 249 in the city of Nanao, Ishikawa Prefecture, on March 25 after a strong earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 6.9 rocked the Hokuriku region in central Japan. One person was killed and over 130 others injured by the quake. (Kyodo)
