S. Korea's Great South Gate opened to public
SEOUL, South Korea - The Great South Gate, or Sungyemun, in central Seoul, was opened to the public for the first time in 100 years on March 3. The gate, completed in 1398 and designated as the country's first national treasure, has been closed to the public since 1907. The gate will open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Kyodo)
