2 men held for alleged theft using skimming devices, spy cameras

NAGOYA, Japan - Photo shows the skimming devices confiscated by Nagoya policy on March 7. The police served fresh arrest warrants on two men who are suspected of installing either skimming devices or spy cameras at seven unmanned bank outlets in Aichi and Gifu prefectures and stealing more than 11 million yen from eight customers' accounts.               NAGOYA, Japan - Bank cards and mobile phones confiscated by Aichi police from the home of a 53-year-old Chinese man who was arrested July 21 on suspicion of running an underground bank and providing cross-border remittance services to illegal Chinese residents.                 NAGOYA, Japan - Stacks of child pornographic DVDs confiscated in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture are on display at Toyota police station in Toyota, Aichi Prefecture on June 15. According to the police, 15,000 child porno DVDS from seized from a Sendai mansion in what officials believe to be the single largest DVD seizure from one location. Three men were arrested in Sendai on suspicion of selling 44 child porno DVDs to two men in Aichi in December for 20,500 yen. The three suspects have allegedly been selling child porno DVDs online since August 2005, netting more than 100 million yen, police say. (Kyodo)
