Ex-Wakayama governor pleads guilty to bribery, bid-rigging charg
OSAKA, Japan - Former Wakayama Gov. Yoshiki Kimura arrives at the Osaka District Court on April 10 for his trial on bribery and bid-rigging charges. Kimura, 55, pleaded guilty to taking 10 million yen in bribes and rigging bids for his prefecture's three public works projects in 2004. (Kyodo)
