TOKYO, Japan - Japanese police obtained an arrest warrant on April 26 for the leader of a group of North Korean agents identified by her Japanese name Yoko Kinoshita (in undated file photo) who allegedly abducted to North Korea more than three decades ago two children born to a Japanese woman and a pro-Pyongyang Korean resident.
