Taiwan's KMT to continue boosting ties with Chinese Communists
TAIPEI, Taiwan - Chiang Pin-kung, vice chairman of Taiwan's main opposition Nationalist Party (KMT) who recently returned from a landmark visit to China, tells Taipei-based Japanese reporters on April 8 that his party will not heed calls by President Chen Shui-bian to break off ties with the Chinese Communist Party.
