Narita airport marks 30th anniversary

NARITA, Japan - Singapore Airlines' A-380 jet, the world's largest two-deck passenger airliner, is welcomed with huge sprays of water as it arrives at Narita International Airport, northeast of Tokyo, on May 20. The A-38 jet made its maiden flight in Japanese skies as the airport, serving 60 percent of the international air travelers to and from Japan, marked its 30th anniversary the same day. (Kyodo)
