Japan, China, S. Korea joint plan on environment
SAPPORO, Japan - South Korea's Lee Maanee (L), Japanese environment minister Sakihito Ozawa (C) and China's Zhou Shengxian join hands after their two-day meeting in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, on May 23, 2010. The three environment ministers adopted their countries' first joint action plan to deal with global warming, the problem of yellow dust and other priority environmental issues for the five years through 2014.
