3 die inside ore carrier ship at Oita copper refinery
OITA, Japan - This photo shows the Hong Kong-registered ore carrier Singapore Grace docked at a pier at the Saganoseki refinery of Nikko Smelting & Refining Co. in Oita, southwestern Japan, on June 13. Three workers died the same day after collapsing inside the ship. (Kyodo)
