(4)Ancient 'Bactrian gold' found in Kabul presidential palace
KABUL, Afghanistan - File photo shows the remains of an ancient burial site in the suburbs of Shiberghan, northern Afghanistan, where an ancient Afghan treasure was discovered in 1979. The treasury known as ''Bactrian gold'' was temporarily housed in the Kabul Museum, but later disappeared. Local authorities said June 16 they have found the treasury preserved in an underground vault at the presidential palace in Kabul. (Kyodo)
