N. Korea envoy says no prospect of improved ties under Abe
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Song Il Ho, North Korea's ambassador in charge of diplomatic normalization talks with Japan, speaks in an interview with Kyodo News outside Pyongyang on June 26. He expressed pessimism about the possibility of improving bilateral ties under the government of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, saying ''there is no outlook'' for better relations between the two nations.
