Abe ready to send suspected N. Korean refugees to S. Korea

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Shinzo Abe delivers a speech in Tokyo's Shibuya district on June 3. He expressed readiness to send four people believed to be refugees from North Korea to South Korea in line with their hopes.
