MACAO, Macao - Wuer Kaixi (file photo), a Chinese dissident exiled for playing a leading role in the 1989 Tiananmen pro-democracy protests, arrived in Macao on June 3 to turn himself in to Chinese authorities a day before the 20th anniversary of Beijing's bloody crackdown on thousands of democracy protesters.
