Asia-Pacific AIDS confab opens in Kobe to discuss prevention
KOBE, Japan - A five-day international conference aimed at facilitating prevention and treatment of HIV and AIDS in the Asia-Pacific region opened July 1 in Kobe, with about 3,000 people living with the disease, medical workers, researchers and supporters from about 50 countries attending. (Kyodo)
