ULSAN, South Korea - A South Korean ship carrying the first batch of fuel oil to be delivered to North Korea under a key nuclear disarmament deal leaves S. Korea's southeastern port of Ulsan on July 12. The ship is expected to reach North Korea's northeastern port of Sonbong on July 14. (Kyodo)
