Tokyo Gov. Ishihara sued for insulting French language
TOKYO, Japan - Malik Berkane, a 46-year-old principal of a French language school in Tokyo, speaks during a news conference on July 13 as he together with 20 other plaintiffs filed a damages suit at the Tokyo District Court against Tokyo Gov.
