Foreign Ministry awards prize for non-Japanese manga artists
TOKYO, Japan - Foreign Minister Taro Aso (L) hands a trophy to Lee Chi-ching, a veteran cartoonist from Hong Kong who won the International Manga Award for his work ''Sun Zi's Tactics,'' at an awards ceremony held at the Foreign Ministry on July 2. Three incentive awards were given to cartoonists from Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. (Kyodo)
