U.N.-backed court finds ex-Khmer Rouge jailer guilty
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Buddhist monks line up to watch a court ruling on an ex-Khmer Rouge jailer known as Duch at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia in Phnom Penh on July 26, 2010.
