Taliban threatens to kill S. Korea hostages if rescue launched
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean citizens rally outside the U.S. Embassy in Seoul on Aug. 1 calling for U.S. involvement to help save Korean hostages in Afghanistan. A purported spokesman for Afghanistan's Taliban movement said that the group will kill more hostages if the Afghan government launches a military operation to rescue the remaining 21 hostages.
