Thailand, N. Korea to cooperate on missing Thai woman again
MANILA, Philippines - Thai Foreign Minister Nitya Pibulsonggram (R) and his North Korean counterpart Pak Ui Chun pose for a photo prior to their talks in Manila on Aug. 1.
