U.S., N. Korea discuss ways to disable nuclear facilities
BEIJING, China - Chief U.S. negotiator Christopher Hill speaks with journalists in Beijing following talks with his North Korean counterpart Kim Kye Gwan on Aug. 13. Hill said they agreed on the need to clarify ways for Pyongyang to disable its nuclear facilities when a six-party nuclear working group meeting takes place this week in China's northeastern city of Shenyang.
