Award-winning novelist Ebisawa dies at 59
TOKYO, Japan - Award-winning novelist Yasuhisa Ebisawa (file photo taken in July, 1994) died of duodenal cancer at a Tokyo hospital on 13. He was 59. He won Japan's prestigious Naoki literary award in 1994 for his novel ''Kikyo'' (Homecoming).
