Fuel leaked from hole in Taiwan plane's fuel tank
NAHA, Japan - A photo released by the Japanese transport ministry's Aircraft and Railway Accidents Investigation Commission on Aug. 23 shows a hole caused by a bolt piercing a fuel tank on the right wing of the China Airlines Boeing 737-800 that burst into flames at Naha airport in Okinawa Prefecture on Aug. 20.
