N. Korean floods believed to have left over 500 dead, missing
PYONGYANG, North Korea - In this photo taken in early August, local people can be seen engaged in restoration work in a residential area near the North Korean capital of Pyongyang after the area was damaged by floods triggered by torrential rain.
