Carter leaves N. Korea with freed U.S. citizen
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter (C) talks with North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan (R) at Pyongyang international airport on Aug. 27, 2010, prior to leaving North Korea with a freed U.S. citizen.
