MAEBASHI, Japan - A ''daruma'' doll producer in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, is busy Aug. 28 making ''daruma'' dolls ordered by candidates for the Sept. 11 House of Representatives election, the official campaign for which starts on Aug. 30.
