H.K.'s former No. 2 to run for legislative seat

HONG KONG, China - Hong Kong's former head of civil service Anson Chan announced Sept. 11 she will run for a legislative council seat in an upcoming by-election, saying the result will be an indicator of the public's urge for democracy. (Kyodo)
