SAIPAN, Northern Mariana Islands - Japanese national Kazuyoshi Miura (C) leaves a local court in Saipan on Sept. 12 after the court ruled that Miura be transferred to Los Angeles in connection with the fatal shooting of his wife in the city in the early 1980s. (Kyodo)
