Dozens die in collapse of Japan-financed bridge in Vietnam
HANOI, Vietnam - Rescue operations are carried out on Sept. 26 at the site of a Japanese-financed bridge under construction on the lower reaches of the Mekong River in southern Vietnam which collapsed the same day, killing dozens of workers and injuring dozens more, according to media reports and local officials.
