Thailand opens new airport touted as regional hub
BANGKOK, Thailand - Passengers of Lufthansa flight LH 8442 arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok on Sept. 28. The flight was the first aircraft to land at newly opened Suvarnabhumi Airport, located about 25 kilometers east of downtown Bangkok. (Kyodo)
