Draw held for 'World Cup' for mentally disabled

TOKYO, Japan - The draw for an international soccer tournament for the mentally disabled is in Tokyo's Koto Ward on May 15 ahead of its start in August. The International Sports Federation for Persons with Intellectual Disability is sponsoring the 18-day event, which begins Aug. 8 and is being hosted by Japan.
