France's Vidal wins Men's slalom in Olympics

SALT LAKE CITY, United States - Jean-Pierre Vidal of France was the surprise winner in the men's slalom at the Salt Lake City Winter Games on Feb. 23 after a number of pre-race favorites crashed out on the tricky Deer Valley Resort piste.
