Construction of the ÂTours DUOÂ, DUO towers by architect Jean Nouvel in Paris, France, on April 26, 2021. They are at the end of Avenue de France and will be the new visual signature of this south-eastern district of the capital. Tours Duo are two skyscrapers under construction, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, on the edge of the ring road and Ivry-sur-Seine. Work began at the end of March 2017, delivery of the two towers is scheduled for 2021. The mixed-use project covers more than 108,000 m2. It mainly houses offices, which will house the headquarters of the Natixis bank (BPCE Group),but also a hotel, a restaurant, a bar with a panoramic terrace overlooking Paris, an auditorium, shops and green terraces. When completed, the Tour Duo n°1, with 180 m, will be the third tallest building in the capital after the Eiffel Tower (324 m)
