Covid-19 crisis at field hospital in Ezzahra
Covid-19 crisis in Ezzahra, Tunisia, on July 25, 2021. In order to help and relieve the health system in Tunisia during this period of the Covid crisis, Rayen Hamzaoui, the young mayor of Ezzahra, in the southern suburbs of Tunis, has set up a country hospital with around twenty beds. By soliciting its citizens and businesses, it was able to finance medical beds complete with oxygen concentrators. The medical staff is made up of voluntary health professionals, who offer their time off at this temporary hospital.
