Kenta Izumi elected new leader of Japan's main opposition party
Kenta Izumi, policy chief of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, waves at an extraordinary meeting of party members in Tokyo after being elected leader of the main opposition party on Nov. 30, 2021.
