India's exports of agricultural and processed food products rose by more than 23 percent year on year during the first 10 months of the current fiscal year (starting April 2021), said the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on Monday.
This is despite logistical challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, said the ministry in a statement.
The exports of products under the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) ambit increased from 15.9 billion U.S. dollars in April-January 2020-21 to 19.7 billion U.S. dollars during the period.
