Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba are meeting here Thursday at Regnum Carya to discuss the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict in the presence of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
The meeting is the first high-level meeting between Moscow and Kiev since Russia launched a 'special military operation' in Ukraine on February 24th.
It's taking place on the sidelines of an annual international diplomacy forum in southern Turkey.
Ankara has close ties with both Russia and Ukraine.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called the Russian operation 'unacceptable' but Ankara has not joined Western sanctions against Moscow and
