STORYLINE:
Chinese enterprises in Zimbabwe are engaging in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that aim to improve people's livelihoods in local communities.
China Jiangxi International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. (CJIC) in collaboration with China Aid, the international aid agency of the Chinese government, has helped rural districts by drilling boreholes.
Since 2012, 1,000 boreholes have been drilled in six provinces across Zimbabwe.
