(220415) -- LUOYANG, April 15, 2022 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on April 13, 2022 shows a blossoming peony flower in Luoyang, central China's Henan Province. Peony flowers in Luoyang ushered in blossoming season recently. As an imperial capital during 13 dynasties, Luoyang claims to have the country's best peonies.
