Lebanon will hold parliamentary elections on Sunday.
The elections come amid an unprecedented economic crisis that emerged about three years ago, leading to the currency collapse and plunging over 70 percent of the population into poverty.
Pierre Ghosn, a citizen of Ashrafieh in eastern Beirut, told Xinhua he is positive about seeing some change in the new parliament while assuring that he will vote as this is his duty.
