Cuba will lift the mask mandate in public places in the country, with the exception of hospitals and medical clinics, announced the head of the Ministry of Public Health on the island, Jose Angel Portal Miranda.
But the official highlighted the importance for people who are at higher risk of COVID-19 to continue wearing masks.
