STORYLINE:
The Rwandan government has denied allegations from the Democratic Republic of Congo that it supports the M23 rebel group. Rwanda's foreign affairs minister made the statement as tensions continue to rise between the two countries.
Speaking at a news conference in Rwanda's capital Kigali, the Rwandan Foreign Affairs Minister Vincent Biruta said Rwanda has no soldiers in the DRC.
